Nvidia has published the Game Ready driver version 546.17 which supports the DLSS 3 technology in both Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III and Starfield. DLSS 3 is an AI-based frame generation technology that also enhances the image quality, which significantly improves the user experience.
Other than that, this driver update also includes other fixes and performance improvements, like performance degradation experienced over extended periods of gameplay in Alan Wake 2. Moreover, this is a WHQL release, which stands for Windows Hardware Quality Labs. This means that this driver has been tested on Windows operating systems and ensures compatibility.
This guide gives details on what this new Game Ready driver includes and also provides direct download links.

Open issues in Game Ready driver 546.17
At the moment, Nvidia is only aware of one issue with this driver update.
While using Discord and streaming gameplay, users may observe that the colors are somewhat muted.
Other than this known issue, there are some other issues reported by the end-users in the Nvidia forums. For one, users are reporting that they see a black screen on the lock screen or the desktop, which was later fixed by rolling back the driver (discussed ahead).
Moreover, another prominent issue with this release is the breaking of frames and FPS after having played a game for some time. This issue is consistent with the one Nvidia has already said that they fixed. But apparently, everything hasn’t been addressed yet. Therefore, on some games with certain GPUs, you might start to experience issues after playing it for some time.
